Hollywood celebs are hiring models as ‘runway waiters’ to pour them Champagne
Hollywood stars have found a new trend to make their parties more luxurious – hiring ridiculously good-looking models and Netflix stars as their waiters
Hollywood stars are known for their wild and extravagant parties – from the Playboy mansion to the Kardashian’s Christmas eve do.
And they now have a new trend hiring ridiculously good-looking models and Netflix stars as their waiters.
You read that correctly, they are having models who have been on the front of Vogue pour them their champagne.
The trend was created by the brand Runway Waiters founded in 2014 by Ernest Sturm, 34, originally from Russia but now based in California.
It is reportedly popular with big names such as Justin Bieber, Simon Cowell, Khloe Kardashian, Mark Wahlberg, Sylvester Stallone, Reese Witherspoon, Matt LeBlanc, and many more.
The company only hires models from the top agencies such as Wilhelmina, Ford Models, and IMG, among others.
Ernest insists his company is not discriminating by only hiring good-looking people as they have to be a signed model.
He said on the matter: “The catch is that if they want to work for us they have to be signed to a top model agency.
“It’s not discriminating against what people look like because it’s a requirement of the job to be a signed model.”
It has seen many stars who were once employees see their careers skyrocket after waiting.
This includes model and actor Taylor Zakhar, who after serving cocktails for Runways Waiters has now shot to fame as Joey King’s love interest Marco in the Netflix franchise Kissing Booth films.
